The Sophie West Band is a Denver-based seven-piece blues and funk band led by singer-songwriter Sophie West. Combining soulful vocals, deep grooves, fiery guitar, keys, and a horn section, the band delivers a dynamic live show rooted in blues and reaching into funk, rock, and soul.
Fronted by a vocalist who has performed in The International Blues Challenge and been recognized as a Colorado Blues Society Members Choice Awards finalist for Favorite Female Vocalist, The Sophie West Band brings together experienced Colorado musicians with a shared love of great songs, steady grooves, and making a room move.
The band launched in 2026 and has quickly built momentum across the Colorado Front Range, performing festivals, blues events, and established venues. With a full seven-piece lineup and the ability to bring a big, energetic sound to the stage, The Sophie West Band is a natural fit for festivals, concert series, clubs, and blues-focused events.
